TRADITIONAL HOME-STYLE INDIAN
This class is an introduction to your culinary journey through Indian cuisine. We demystify the complexities of spices and ingredients, making Indian cooking simple and practical yet absolutely delicious. Enjoy an authentic home style meal that is wholesome nutritious and balanced.
Class Menu: Papad, Dal, Roti, Basmati rice, Shahi Paneer, Mixed vegetables, Raita and Masala Chai

WHOLESOME MEALS, FRESH BREADS and more…
Learn to make myriads of wholesome Indian breads which are a meal within themselves. Discover the flavours of hot stuffed paranthas filled with a delicious variety of fillings such as spiced potatoes, cauliflower and home made cottage cheese. You will also master making besan pooda, wholesome khichadi, nutritious upma and much more!

MUGHLAI FEAST
Experience the exotic spices and flavors of Mughlai Indian cuisine! These rich and aromatic dishes were originally prepared for the royal emperors of the Mughal era, and continue to be immensely popular internationally.
Class menu: Tandoori tikka, Dal makhni, Malai kofta, Palak paneer, Naan bread, Pulao, Laccha pyaaz, Yoghurt mint chutney, Kulfi

EXOTIC NORTH INDIAN (Punjabi)
Enjoy the classic favorites of Northern India, which are heavily influenced by the mouth-watering flavors of Punjab. The people of Punjab are very fond of good food and their philosophy is to eat, drink and be merry!
Class menu: Crunchy pakoras, Butter-soft Punjabi chole, Gobhi aaloo, Pumpkin curry, Poori bread, Cumin Rice, Raita, Sweet Lassi

SOUTH INDIAN CUISINE
Savor the delicious and diverse cuisine of Southern India! South Indian cuisine is infused with the sublime aroma and flavor of curry leaves, fresh coconut and mustard seeds to create truly unique dishes.
Class menu: Golden lentil vadas, Masala dosa, Lemon rice, Sambar, Mixed vegetables, Coconut chutney, Coconut burfi
Class Dates: Sundays: 22nd Feb, 31st May, 29th Nov

INDIAN VEGAN WORKSHOP
An exciting workshop which can be enjoyed by both vegans and vegetarians. Over an intensive two day course, you will learn and savor the delicious cuisines of the North and South of India.
Class Menu: Day 1 (North Indian) - Pakoras, Punjabi chole, Aaloo matar gobhi, Seetha Phal (pumkin), Poori bread, Cumin rice, Masala chai
Day 2 (South Indian) - Vada, Coconut chutney, Lemon rice, Sambar, Dosa, Coconut mixed vegetables, Halwa .
Class Dates: Classes will run over a Saturday & Sunday on the - 20th & 21st of December (2008), 22nd & 23rd of August (2009)
Time: 11am - 3pm each day

Your first class comes with a spice kit to get you started on your culinary journey right away! All classes include a recipe folder, hands on training, a full scrumptious meal and lots of fun!
Customized classes for groups can be arranged.
